These pics are a little dark....Nick performs with his Oriole Sound Group for the last time as he will be moving on to High School next year. I can't believe it! (tear) He also rec'd an honor award for his dedication to this group for 2 years. We are proud of him!
New Tenant...
Had had someone new move in...
What a strange place for a nest...I couldn't plant flowers until after the babies learned to fly. Bob named her Hazel and the papa bird was Don. Too funny.
Maddison's "Informance"
Maddison performed at Avon Intermediate East on May 12th. In 5th grade, the children are required to take general music and demonstrate what they have learned during their end-of-year "informance".
Thursday
Avon Attack Baseball vs N Putnam Middle School
Nick's team played a game tonight at North Putnam Middle School. Avon 5, N. Putnam 3.
Nick had 2 RBIs and scored the winning run!
All Dressed up....!
He is obviously a confident individual!
Nick had the opportuntiy to job shadow Mrs Craig today. She teaches kindergarten at Maple Elementary. Nick hopes to teach one day and this provided him a terrific opportunity to see first hand what it takes. During Nick's junior and senior year of high school he hopes to enter the cadet teaching program. By the way...Nick hadn't even made it into the school building before the children began commenting on how tall he was......lol.
If you are wondering what is up with his hand....
He injured his middle finger playing baseball and he must keep it in a brace when he is not playing. It should be completely healed within a week or two.

Indy Sports Park Tourney- 4 wins, 2 losses
Maddison played a tournament at Indy Sports Park the weekend of 4/25 and brought home 2nd place!
